Management is not trained very well - Sales Boutique Associate francesca's Employee Review

Tried to reach out to HR at one point to report inappropriate behavior and prejudice towards customers of color that walked into the store coming from the store's management. Their HR team completely disregarded the issues and tried to turn it around on me. Ended the call with them in tears because they were so awful. Also the Managers seemed were very cliquey and would single people out. It seemed as if shaming people into respecting them was the only way they knew how to lead. All in all the people in charge were very immature and not motivating at all.
