      Pros

      Unlimited PTO, somewhat easy to move up if you have a good manager.

      Cons

      Went through upper leadership changes way too often- very unorganized, no structure, no training, toxic managers. HR doesn't really help with issues either. Pay is super low and does not match industry average.

      Nothing about the business. Liquidation and closure of the brand was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do.
