      Pros

      Discounts, lower volume than many international brands so less fast paced in that regard. Not as bad as Forever 21, worse than most national retailers.

      Cons

      Poorly made products (often glued back together by employees), individual KPIs that motivate employees to avoid customers with returns and "steal" each others sales. Corporate office closed during holidays meaning, no hiring, or support during the busiest time of year.

      Flexibility, great community, growth opportunities, supportive executives

      Cons

      Nothing about the business. Liquidation and closure of the brand was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do.

      management... almost two years with no review and no raise. this was a district directive. very mean girl TOXIC, ego centric coming down from upper management. poorly run on all levels. we know that a company that is run like that, will fail! lol they are now out of business
