Management/Leaders (BICs) are receptive to feedback and gets back to you in a timely manner. A lot of training is available and recorded for playback. A lot of great tools and technology- if not tech savvy, it may take getting used to.
Cons
Working remotely, hard to make strong connections in person with colleagues and leadership. In person events can be far from where you live. Not a fan of the mentorship program it needs a revamp.

The revenue share is great and makes it worthwhile
Cons
all calls to support are outsourced and are seldom able to be solved over the phone
late response to emails in a business where time is money
need to sign on to their virtual cloud world if you need some help in the field which can be inconvenient when you are actively showing houses
has lost all sense of a small brokerage feel, especially when you need help or help navigating a transaction.
