new CIO has created a horrible environment for Corporate Staff. Monthly Townhalls consist of employees asking questions like "do you enjoy scaring your staff of their job security?" or "how do you feel that you are ruining the culture of what made eXp a great place to work in the first place?". Truly shocking how senior management is letting this happen after seeing employee feedback.\
When the market isn't doing well, company looks to save money any way they can including laying off corporate employees. One of the pros of working here when I first started was they really did seem to care about their employees, but I can't say that is the case anymore with the new management in place.
