Commission splits are great 80/20 plus 16K gets you 100%

Technology, the property is address is not found until the client search’s more details on the listing. That’s redicilous not to have the address the first thing they see ext to have long the price, sqft, bd, ba etc. to me it shows that companies are doing better at technology.

The revenue share is great and makes it worthwhile

all calls to support are outsourced and are seldom able to be solved over the phone
late response to emails in a business where time is money
need to sign on to their virtual cloud world if you need some help in the field which can be inconvenient when you are actively showing houses
has lost all sense of a small brokerage feel, especially when you need help or help navigating a transaction.
