$50 a month tech fees and the tech they give you for that is amazing. 5-10 training classes monday - friday, cloud based - no office fees, agent owned - no broker or franchise fees. its AMAZING! best career move, other agents are top of the industry.

all calls to support are outsourced and are seldom able to be solved over the phone
late response to emails in a business where time is money
need to sign on to their virtual cloud world if you need some help in the field which can be inconvenient when you are actively showing houses
has lost all sense of a small brokerage feel, especially when you need help or help navigating a transaction.
