Pros
I've only been with eXp for a few months but with anything you get out of it from what you put into it. It's not for people that need hand holding for certain because it's cloud based. So as an agent you have to be able to know how to "ask" for help and where to seek it. If you expect to get things accomplished you cannot expect to communicate via email . But that's whats great, visit the virtual world and walk right into agent services, tech support, etc. No reason to feel left out or forgotten, but you have to be assertive. However that's not a big deal if you like to be independent as I do. I'm thankful for this business model, I prayed for something like this!
