Pros
By far this agency has the best cap ($16,000 or approx $2.66M in sales), where I came from was $26,000 plus 6% franchise fees on the GCI. Oh, and company leads didn't count toward your cap. This company is FAIR and AGENT-CENTRIC, it truly seems like they want to share the wealth with every single agent. Great rewards when you meet benchmarks, advanced technology for marketing that would cost $500-1000 month for lead generation, and it's provided free. The rewards are great - wish I knew about this company earlier, but glad I found out about it when I did since I was ready to make a change . Too tired giving up a big piece of pie to the owner!
Cons
If you need people-interaction, then you're going to have to make an effort to create it. And you have to buy your own toner. That was the biggest benefit of my last agency. I could make copies. LOL
