      The technology and support are better than I ever had with my former broker. It is so wonderful for me and for my client. I am so proud to share this opportunity with other Realtors.

      A learning curve for the systems, etc. but so worth it!

      Create your own schedule. create your own market.

      Cons

      You HAVE to find the right team in your area, otherwise you will feel like you are swimming in an ocean on your own with lots of valuable resources but no idea which way to swim.
