The US organization has widely varying operations, sales, finance, manufacturing, distribution, engineering, and therefore has good opportunity for career growth. As an international company, headquartered in Germany, the company has a strong global outlook.

      Quality and objectives of management lack consistency. HR practices could be improved.

      Benefits and location are the only pros to working here

      Cons

      Very toxic environment, almost no opportunities for raises or growth despite what they tell you. They lied about a lot of things I asked about when I interviewed for the position.
