      Pros

      A highly challenging job from technical and organisational point of view, working in a multidisciplinary international environment with nice collegues, start-up character developing new sensor products from concept to industrial manufacturing scale

      Cons

      In order to get things done and decisions being made a lot of stakeholder management is required with R&D team and head quarters in Austria. This is difficult to control, influence or even understand.

      Benefits and location are the only pros to working here

      Cons

      Very toxic environment, almost no opportunities for raises or growth despite what they tell you. They lied about a lot of things I asked about when I interviewed for the position.
