      2nd biggest lighting company in Malaysia.

      Cons

      Althought it is a German company, the Malaysian chapter runs like a "Chinaman" company. Majority of the staff and the German CEO is very lost in direction. There is no synergy in the company, basically lost. In addition, they are racist to others other than Malaysians. The chats they have in the office are condesending and not professional. The German CEO is like a puppet for the staff. Osram Malaysia is a very bad environment to work in. Osram Malaysia will give you a false representstion of the work and con you into joining them. As an MNC, this is really disappointing and Osram Malaysia Tops the worst MNC I have ever experienced.

      Benefits and location are the only pros to working here

      Cons

      Very toxic environment, almost no opportunities for raises or growth despite what they tell you. They lied about a lot of things I asked about when I interviewed for the position.
