      People are nice and we can trauma bond 🫠

      Cons

      New CEO is forcing people to be in office 4 days/week so that we can hit his insane targets all while he works remotely. adidas DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS EMPLOYEES! Overwork, constant reorganizations, last minute asks without ANY clear direction. This is the new normal. Go work at Nike.

      easy work. easy to get away with doing nothing.decent pay for retail associate.flexible schedule

      Cons

      Management is unaware of what’s going on. customers are mostly tourist so lots of repeating basic information. store does not take care of their employees. lack of motivation and leadership. No training so you’ll spend the first few months figuring out how to do your job.
