      1. good salary and bonus 2. flexibility for working hours and work from ofc 3. not a lot of workload but good learning specially for people with less experience

      Cons

      1. difficult to get promoted for senior folks, need to bring lot of visibility to higher management for promotion 2. IC work is expected even from people with 15 years of experience as there are not a lot of leadership positions

      easy work. easy to get away with doing nothing.decent pay for retail associate.flexible schedule

      Cons

      Management is unaware of what’s going on. customers are mostly tourist so lots of repeating basic information. store does not take care of their employees. lack of motivation and leadership. No training so you’ll spend the first few months figuring out how to do your job.
