      Very cool culture. Very dynamic. Sometimes you feel you would be in a startup company (very flexible). A lot of young people, working there.

      Do not believe you will work under 50h per week.

      easy work. easy to get away with doing nothing.decent pay for retail associate.flexible schedule

      Cons

      Management is unaware of what’s going on. customers are mostly tourist so lots of repeating basic information. store does not take care of their employees. lack of motivation and leadership. No training so you’ll spend the first few months figuring out how to do your job.
