      employees work as a team, bonus compensation is available, 30% off anything plus whatever promo is on, not as demanding as other more stressful jobs, work around school and other work schedules.

      Cons

      disorganized management, high turn-over rate, minimal employees scheduled every day (except at specific times of the year), employee call-outs are common.

      easy work. easy to get away with doing nothing.decent pay for retail associate.flexible schedule

      Cons

      Management is unaware of what’s going on. customers are mostly tourist so lots of repeating basic information. store does not take care of their employees. lack of motivation and leadership. No training so you’ll spend the first few months figuring out how to do your job.
