      Great Discounts. Regular campus events.

      Cons

      High anxiety is common and acted upon. Talent gets you in the door, but you'll get restructured to areas outside your expertise. Unnecessary RTO and lack of flexibility. Campus food is awful, limited fridge space, not a ton of nearby resteraunts. No growth opportunities, limited pay increases.

      easy work. easy to get away with doing nothing.decent pay for retail associate.flexible schedule

      Cons

      Management is unaware of what’s going on. customers are mostly tourist so lots of repeating basic information. store does not take care of their employees. lack of motivation and leadership. No training so you’ll spend the first few months figuring out how to do your job.
