Pros
Can keep on learning and testing new handset devices, which were or will be sold in US market with all big service providers so that you can know the whole US telecommunication industry and the newest test skills better.
Cons
Payment is very low, no more than a fast food restaurant waiter. If you are US citizen, maybe better. If you are a Chinese student after graduation in US university and want to get H1B from this company, it will be not that easy.
