      Neutral Salary. If you are workaholic, this is for you.

      Cons

      Higher management will NEVER fulfill their promises. If Local staff, they will force you to work 24/7 without compensation even if you are in annual leave. If the project fails, even though not your fault but theirs, they blame and terminate you.
