Exposure to different technologies Pressure is less during initial time as a fresher You can learn alot if and only if you get exposure..
Cons
No proper plans for freshers,you have to learn everything on your own..things are better if you get better managers,but not everyone get a betterone Telecom job gets hectic if you are not comfortable with location changes to different places.Dont be here if you are not comfortable with location changes If you are not a part of project,you are wasting your time simply
