Pros
Lesson plans are provided, no one is breathing down your neck about the quality of your lessons, etc, support staff are prompt to help, though their English levels vary widely and communication can sometimes be difficult.
Cons
Pay is extremely low compared to other big companies like Dada ABC, VIPKid, Tutor ABC, Kukuspeak, Talk51, etc etc etc. Basically, this is the lowest paying company.
