Deceiving - Anonymous employee ZTE Employee Review

If you are a local employee- forget about any decision making ability. This is the most siloed and bureaucratic places I have ever worked. I am not sure what the criteria is to be a manager in this company but competance is not high on the priorities. They will try to low-ball everyone for salary and then turn around and offer the sun moon and stars to someone less qualified based on who they know.
