Pros

Flexible schedule. Friendly coworkers and managers. Laid back environment, they dont mind if you are on your phone while nothing is happening at the store.

Cons

This company is running their business like it is 20 years ago. They don't have an app for you to order groceries on and are not even planning to get one. They run their business on old dell computers. I was hired at their new store in century city, they did ZERO advertising what so ever for the store. I talked to management about it several times, they were just relying on word of mouth for the store to get busy. They have never heard of emailing a schedule before? You have to go in to find out the schedule for next week. I stayed for about a month until I gave up. The thing that bothered me THE most about working there is there is NO BACK OR SIDE WINDOWS in their FORD delivery vans. I seriously felt SO unsafe driving their delivery cars cuz I couldnt see out the back or side. I don't understand who thought it would be a good idea to block out the windows on a company car when the main purpose of the company is deliveries. Do they not care about the safety of the employee? Also FORD? REALLY? out of any car manufacturer they choose ford. wow. You make minimum wage plus tips. Some days I worked for 8 hours and made 20 dollars, the most I ever made in one shift was 60. That is not acceptable money to live off of, unless you live with your parents and they pay all your bills.
