Yummy is actually extremely Crummy...

Pros

As a delivery driver you make a crazy amount of money in tips. It is a pretty easy job. Most of the time spent in a car.

Cons

Management is a complete hell hole. The owner has no clue what is going on in his stores. His district managers lie to him to keep themselves save. High up managers dating and marrying each other secretly getting people fired souly because they dislike the person. A manager of over six years was denied the store manager position because the district managers overweight wife slimed her way into the position. They do not care anything about their workers. They have improper training on health and basic job tasks. I've seen managers spit in peoples food. I am talking high up managers too. So anyone ordering from Yummy gets that nice saliva additive. The vehicles never are cleaned, never properly working correctly, I've had the car doors fall off while working , and they over work you and under-appreciate you. They completely ignore OSHA standards and never listen to the employees advice on repairing or fixing issues. If you want to work here expect to get fired pretty quickly. I was able to stay in here for 3 years by some miracle. I was one of their best drivers and they got rid of me like it was nothing. They care nothing of you. Stay away!

Pros

You can go to work high, and won't get fired even if you're in a car accident or receive complaints (as long as you're white.)

Cons

You only earn more than minimum wage as a delivery driver. As a delivery driver you can earn tons in tips, but as an in-store employee (deli worker/order puller- i.e. people that do most of the work) you only earn minimum wage because the majority of the drivers REFUSE to share their tips. Management does it too.
