      Good environment and good atmosphere from the team lead.

      Cons

      Too much gossip and not much opportunity to grow. Horrible management and not good dealing with people at all. He is too selfish and does not look over for the people under him.

      Salary on time, reimbursement for tuition, conferences, and sports. Overall, they have some pretty good perks. Comfortable office.
