3yHi, I would like to thank you for your feedback. We are always open to hear out our employees, and improve things in our workplace, where it is required. Communication in Yolo is very much transparent: every employee has a chance to participate in our monthly business updates, weekly and bi-weekly catch-ups with direct managers and teams, Q&A sessions with CEO and COO of the company, townhalls, open Slack channels etc. We provide the vast majority of our employees with an opportunity to have flexible working hours, which are in compliance with our existing time off guidelines, and always stated clearly in the employment contract.
