      Pros

      The company works on near clear pathway. The career progression is good if you are good at licking boots. Lots of hierarchy now. Used to be a really good company to work for but now no job security

      Cons

      Job security Poor management They hired Chief of product, director of product , Head of technology only for them to never interact with anyone

      Salary on time, reimbursement for tuition, conferences, and sports. Overall, they have some pretty good perks. Comfortable office.
