Pros

Great benefits, slightly above average pay for the area.

Cons

Horrible work/life balance, I was constantly getting phone calls on my days off for things that could have waited until monday. More managers than workers it seems, I answered to no less than 5 supervisors/managers for a crew of 20 +/- people, all with different agendas, they all hate each other and talk behind each other's back as well. Easily the most toxic place I've ever worked, no comparison. The employee food is disgusting and made me sick. I was constantly promised raises in pay that never happened. I was constantly blamed for other employee's mistakes and even written up when other employees were taking 3 +/- hour lunches with zero consequences. Work areas are a mess, managers are more concerned with perpetual meetings while nothing gets done, employee concerns and ideas are ignored but they are then blamed when something goes wrong. All in all a terrible place to work, aside from a core few employees they have a huge turnaround. I was asked to do absurdly dangerous tasks and then called an "expletive" when I asked for time to put on safety equipment. Stay away, there are far better jobs in town without this dangerous and thankless position.
