      great salary, work environment, and perks - getting paid to ski!

      Cons

      - very few full-time instructors or guaranteed hours for part-time instructors, so work is heavily dependent on snow conditions - somewhat confusing pay structure

      Being at the YC is exciting at first.

      Cons

      The hours for concierge are terrible. You’re basically every members free personal assistant who’s never thanked, underpaid, and never gets to leave the desk.
