Pros
Some really great perks, gratuities at times but it really all depends on which neighborhood you are assigned to and your property managers you report to, plus the lead property manager is the deciding factor, as not are all as great as each other at team leadership and training. I learned a lot but ultimately decided that working for members with that level of wealth, entitlement and wastefulness is not how I want to contribute to society. Some members were truly wonderful and I miss them. Others very demanding and demeaning.
Cons
Commute from Bozeman as housing affordability is really hard. There was a level of favoritism that I wasn’t a fan of. Some other colleagues would coast on bare minimum’s whilst others were hard workers. I wish I’d been able to have better training with managers that were equipped to adequately train and teach people. I enjoyed my time here and the people I met just a few management issues and the inability to chose which neighborhood you were placed were frustrating
