Salary and benefits are competitive. The company’s diversity and international exposure also make it a unique place to work.

      Cons

      Work-life balance is a real challenge. The directors of different functions are a joke. No knowledge. Just brown nosing. Terrible terrible people.

      Western Union was a great place to grow if you are motivated. The company wants to do well and generally efforts are well focused.

      Cons

      Lots of turnover that hurts a company that does write it's how to do things down. Challenging market that takes market share consistently.
