Pros
Overall, the culture is great. It's fun, laid back, and versatile. They have outstanding benefits and really want employees to shine. WU is also very philanthropic and they encourage employees to give money to the Western Union foundation and they also support one day a year of community service. This company also has a lot of employees with 10 years or more of service. I think longevity is a great sign.
Cons
I had a long commute, it's south east of the Denver Tech Center, so there's not too much around the campus. All levels of management need to have better communication skills. Messages were communicated, but there was usually not much of an explanation as to why a specific decision was made. Also, there was some poor planning that resulted in people being hired for a year or less and then being a part of a lay off.
