      Good health and medical benefits.

      Cons

      Staffs unclear of future. High turnover. Not appreciated and taken for granted. Empty promises from higher management but never deliver. Promotion is based on how much your boss like you and your performance during off sites and dinner and dance.

      Western Union was a great place to grow if you are motivated. The company wants to do well and generally efforts are well focused.

      Cons

      Lots of turnover that hurts a company that does write it's how to do things down. Challenging market that takes market share consistently.
