Pros

- Very well-known global organization with a strong brand - Mostly good colleagues who work hard and are trying their best. My team and the people I work with are excellent! - Better leaders vs before! Some of the bad ones have left already - Good compensation and decent benefits - Career movement is slow but possible! There is evidence of internal mobility and career progression across the company.

Cons

- Budget challenges require teams to be more conscious of costs - Lots of change. Employees need to be flexible. - Mandatory 3x in office but there is some flexibility allowed - There are some teams that are SO TOXIC... They bleed negativity and make it seem like the company is horrible when it really isn't. Yes, there are challenges, but all companies have challenges. Be wary of the kind of people you are getting your advice from and discern for yourself.

Pros

- Unlimited PTO - only 3 days required in office

Cons

- Leadership does not foster a collaborative culture. Sometimes inappropriately mean, dismissive, toxic. - 3 days in office required. Seating is not assigned, so you do not have a guaranteed desk for your items unless you come in 4 days per week for 3 consecutive months.
