Pros
Above average pay, good 401K, decent healthcare. Very laid back work environment and almost no one works more than 40 hours a week. Nice HQ building.
Cons
Its oil and gas, so the downturns are pretty rough. Management doesn't seem to have a clear vision of what to do when things get bad, so layoffs and furloughs are common. However, this turns into more of a popularity game.
