      Pros

      Nothing at all. Career opportunities are blocked, huge amounts of bullying and harrassment from management, long hours etc.

      Cons

      Disgusting treatment of numerous employees. Bullying and harrassment is rampant. HR doesn't investigate complaints properly and clearly don't underatand unfair dismissal laws in Australia. I have personally observed 6 examples of unethical behaviour from management (not me, by the way)
