Pros
The people were lovely and some were very understanding and shared the same goals.
Cons
Couldn't get any improvements made, was just a number and the place is too big and complex to be proactive - everything was reactive. Ignored results constantly. Some of the leadership team were completely out of their depth. One of them spoke to me like a child and said how dare I ring a director for help. Disgraceful.
