NOT a good experience - Financial Analyst Weir Group Employee Review

No real training if coming from a different industry, expectations are unrealistic within weeks of starting, very isolating, could hear a pin drop office environment, very corporate so lack of personality within TMO, not a good place to work if you like some good conversations during down time, overtime is expected and not appreciated.
