      Pros

      The best thing about the company is the culture and the great people they employ. The company has a great goal for growth and to become a tier 1 company.

      Cons

      While downsizing, they focused on numbers but let go of some really great employees who were extremely dedicated, loyal and hardworking, while retaining some employees who aren't efficient or productive. Numbers aren't everything.
