      Pros

      They make sure you are working safely and the don’t rush you to make parts unnecessarily fast. Vacation time is very generous

      Cons

      The mismanagement of parts and planning makes getting the right prints with programs pretty annoying. It seems like management is aware of these problems but cannot fix them.
