Pros

Good salary - The product is very good - A lot of slurry knowledge but soon to disappear from the organization because it is held the few legacy employees.

Cons

Toxic / Very unfriendly environment - The aging team would regularly undermine any new people. One of the most stressful times of my career and a particularly upsetting period. The higher management did not see you as a person. You needed to be very lucky in getting a direct manager that would support/protect you or you would be helpless.

Weir Group Response

Dear former employee. We were disappointed to read that you did not have a positive experience during the short time you worked with us and we don’t believe it reflects our wider organisation, where we consistently get positive feedback on our levels of management support and peer relationships. We want all Weir employees to be inspired to do the best work of their lives and when we hear otherwise, we want to take action to make positive changes. We have shared your feedback with management so we can look to understand how we can make improvements. Thank you.
