This includes striving for the highest levels of management and financial performance as we deliver our strategy and achieve our business objectives, all the while ensuring everything we do reflects our purpose, culture, values and behaviours. Whilst we do see consistently strong feedback from our teams with regards to their leaders, we do know there is always room to do better. We are committed to ongoing feedback and dialogue with our employees (e.g. via Townhall sessions, regular global surveys, AskJon and other communication channels) to ensure we know what we do well but also, to identify the areas we need to do better in.
