      good benefits, lots of good people

      Cons

      Engineering company managed by financials. Welcome to the 1980's. Selling yesterdays technology as answer on tomorrows challenges. Company acts on share price, has no clue on how to manage culture, values or people. Old school fear management; fix it or be fired. No focus on anything that doesnt directly impact stock price.
