Pros
Having come through some challenging market conditions in the last few years, in my opinion Weir has a bright and exciting future ahead of it. Weir is on a journey to embrace the opportunities of Industry 4.0 and develop technology to support our customers. This coupled with improving markets and a strong focus on 'We are Weir' that engages our employees on what matters the most; I think Weir is a good place to grow your capabilities and career.
Cons
Not a con; more a heads up. Weir is always looking to improve and do things better so you need to be comfortable with a certain degree of change.
