      Pros

      Great brand name. Gives good exposure and learning opportunities.

      Cons

      Recognition and career growth are solely at the mercy of the Managers. Good and hard-work need not result in career progression at Volvo India. Nobody follows policies and processes that would support the employees. Work-life balance is restricted to few teams under good Managers. India HR is highly political and not employee friendly.

      Really inclusive environment and most of campus is already with ABW - activity based workplace (flexible seating).

      Cons

      Sometimes due to the very inclusive environment, decisions can take a little longer.

      Vacation, parental leave, cafeteria, DEI.

      Cons

      I feel like decisions are made by people not involved in processes which results in day to day activities becoming more and more difficult. Unable to schedule projects to save their lives. So many last minute tests and drop in testing, theres almost no point to schedule testing.
