Pros

Most importantly: I have a voice. My individual contribution means something and my feedback is valued. I know that I can respectfully challenge what I disagree with or don't believe in, no matter who is leading the charge. It's not because of who I am or the work that I do - it's because this is true for every single person here. - Senior leadership maintains an open-door - Training programmes are available for specific career paths - E-learning is available to everyone - Tuition reimbursement is available at the federal maximum pre-tax amount - Agreements with some local universities allow for tuition deferral - The workforce is very diverse with employees from across the globe - Company strategy and status is communicated regularly - The benefits and vacation package is one of the best in our area - Working hours are flexible for some departments - There are opportunities for employee involvement - The company invests both time and money in supporting the local community - There's never a dull moment. Ever.

Cons

- Upward potential can be limited without a willingness to relocate - Adherence to global processes can be difficult and is sometimes over-emphasized - The annual review process is viewed as more of an obligation than a tool for some managers - Some of the most interesting jobs require the most travel

Pros

Really inclusive environment and most of campus is already with ABW - activity based workplace (flexible seating).

Cons

Sometimes due to the very inclusive environment, decisions can take a little longer.

Pros

Great team of colleagues. Employee who are focused on ensuring their best. Excellent collaboration between teams. Colleagues who will look past the negative culture and continue to do their best for the company.

Cons

Culture & HR team who are clueless about global teams and work strategies. Focus on how many days and hours are spent in the office, rather than quality of work delivered. "You are being tracked by HR" has become the new way of life with the new culture. Total lack of communication after announcing job cuts are coming, due to awful truck sales and loss of market share in USA. Heavily bloated VP structure.
