Narcissistic, dictating and micromanaging leadership create a toxic environment. The workplace is ruled by fear, a culture where people are fear of being disbelieved, ostracized and loss their jobs. You have to be obsequious in order to survive. People lack faith in whistleblowing and doubt the organization’s willingness to act. Totally agree with one of the comments below “Looks pretty outside but ugly inside”. It looks harmonious but it’s discordant. The leaders are fighting for powers.
