They don’t let these people talk to their coworkers about what’s happened, and the people who are left behind are constantly having to make up for the lost workforce without fair compensation for the overtime work. Visma’s efforts to keep things under wraps only spark more speculations and uncertainty. Their whole spiel about promoting DEI and women in tech, as well as performing so well as a software provider, is not at all what’s reflected behind closed doors.
