Great work life balance unless you are a functional or project lead pressured by the high levels. The company pays attention to diversity and inclusivity, which is truly great. Looks good on CV. Good cantine. Great location. You get to know many wonderful people.
Cons
There are few individuals on the mid management level that are not decent, and even immoral. The pay is much lower than the industry average, and as some other reviewers point out, this is intentional. High levels do not care about you as humans - yes I agree. It is a corporate machine, period. Although I witnessed the company's shift from being a person company to a cold machine. Sad, but forseenable. Unless you know the right people, you will never be recognized or promoted, yes I also fully agree.
